Hello and Welcome to True You Explorer. We are an alcohol and drug-free organization that leads adventure trips around the US and abroad. Our mission is to connect with other like-minded people by enjoying activities in nature, through challenging ourselves, working our bodies and stepping outside of our comfort zone. We are here to experience new places with other sober individuals, or for those people who are looking for a substance free vacation, and have a blast while doing it!

Sober Adventures
Our trips are designed to enhance lives and create connections with other people who are living a healthy, happy life, in hopes to leave with life-long friendships, amazing memories, a confident mind and a strong,
relaxed body through the adventuring we do.
Safe Exploration
Our aim is to create a safe space where everyone can be comfortable and vulnerable with each other in talking about our journeys in sobriety and this new life we have created for ourselves. So let’s have fun exploring the world and sharing our strengths and hopes with each other!
Community Connection
During our week long adventure of climbing mountains and practicing yoga, there will also be the option to participate in an active recovery meeting within the local community. This will provide attendance to a weekly meeting and the opportunity to meet new people in a new place.
